Subscriptions and Non-members Charging Policy
Individuals who attend public “Come & Try” sessions will not be charged. Individuals who attend sessions organised by the club will be asked to pay a visitor’s fee of £5 per session.
If, after attending the maximum number of sessions permitted as a visitor (5) any individual decides to join the club they will pay a pro rata subscription. The season is deemed to run for six months from 1 April to 30 September. A pro rata subscription is calculated as one sixth of the full subscription for each month or part month remaining. The Full Annual Subscription for 2021, which can be paid in a lump sum or by up to 5 instalments, is £110.00. Please see below.
1. It is essential that at least one NCC member is part of any group using the club’s facilities and he or she will be responsible for ensuring that equipment is not abused and that the club hut is left clean, tidy and secure with all equipment correctly stored away at the end of the session.
2. NCC members who wish to bring groups to use the club’s facilities for an occasional session should add the names of those attending to the visitors’ register and collect a fee of £5 per head for non-members. Any NCC members who are part of the group will not be charged.
3. NCC members who wish to bring groups to use the club’s facilities on a regular basis must have the prior agreement of the committee. Once agreed the member can confirm these bookings at the start of the season. At each session the member should add the names of those attending to the visitors’ register and collect a fee of £5 per head for non-members. Any NCC members who are part of the group will not be charged.
4. Non-members from groups are permitted to attend a maximum of 5 sessions only as a visitor. If they subsequently decide to join the club they can do so on the same terms as those set out for individuals at A3 above.
